Refund Policy

Tournament entry fees and certain digital purchases may be non-refundable once registration is confirmed, except where required by law or explicitly stated for a specific event.

Refunds may be considered if a tournament is cancelled by LEXO, if a duplicate payment is made, or if a technical error prevents participation.

To request a refund review, contact support@lexoesports.com with your account details, transaction reference, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method or wallet credit where applicable.
